Going for shopping, meetings or picking your kid from school we have our Zust Go Royal Cab service available at your doorstep.Prime Play is a new addition to the Prime Cab category. If you are just 2 to 3 then chose Zust Go regular cabs for a comfortable ride. This is perfect for your everyday travel, all our cabs are AC cabs.
Seating is one the biggest advantages of SUVs and it can fit up to nine passengers comfortably, making it similar to a van, but much sportier. If you are more than 4 then choose Zust Go SUV cab service for togetherness experience.
You can report any issue such as Billing / Payment issue or any Driver related issue during the trip through your Zust Go app and we will try to resolve it instantly. All you need to do is- - From my rides section in your Zust Go app menu, select the ride on which you faced the issue. - The details of the ride selected will be displayed on the screen. Next, click on the support button. - In choose an issue, select the issue you faced on your ride such as Billing / Payment related issue or driver related issue - Provide us the details or choose from the options and our team will try to resolve it for you.
You can request a cancellation fee waiver if you feel that you have been charged unfairly or you think it was a mistake. All you need to do is:- - From my rides section in your Zust Go app menu, select the ride for which you were charged cancellation fee. - The details of the ride selected will be displayed on the screen. Next, click on the support button. - In choose an issue, select charged cancellation fee incorrectly. - Select your cancellation reason from the options provided and click submit. Our team will look into your request and get back to you soon.
You can cancel your Share Pass within 7 days from the date of purchase only, if no ride has been taken using the pass. To cancel your Share Pass, all you need to do is- - Go to Zust Go app menu - Tap on your name to visit your Profile. - Select Share Pass option and choose the pass you want to cancel. - Click on Cancel a Share Pass option to cancel your Share Pass. There are no cancellation charges applicable on your Share Pass. If you are eligible for refund, the complete amount will be refunded to your Zust Go money wallet. Note- Please check the terms and conditions applicable on your Share Pass.
After being your trusted partner for your rides in city, Zust Go is all set to be a part of your journeys outside city too! You can now book an Zust Go for your outstation travel by selecting the Outstation category icon on your Zust Go app. You can book an Zust Go Outstation from 1 hour to up to 7 days in advance for both one way and round trip.
To book an outstation ride with Zust Go, all you need to do is- - Tap the Outstation category icon on Zust Go app. - Enter your destination city and select time as per your travel requirement. Note- You can book an outstation cab from 1 hour to up to 7 days in advance. - Select journey type from One way or Round trip. - Select car category - Check the Total Estimated Cost for your trip and Confirm the booking. Once the booking is confirmed, the driver details will be shared 45 minutes prior to your pickup time.
